Quick, easy method of checking respirators equipped with organic vapor cartridges to make sure they fit and working properly. Crush one of the 2″ ampules to produce a banana-like odor (isoamyl acetate). If worker can smell this, they are warned of respirator leaks before entering contaminated atmospheres. If odor is detected, respirator must be adjusted, repaired or replaced. Pkg. of 10.
